Brief CV
My name is Nahid Safari-Alighiarloo. I got Ph.D degree in Applied Proteomics in 2016. I studied the Animal Biology field to take a bachelor degree in Tabriz University and graduated in 2003. Then, I got master of sciences (MSc) degree in a Biochemistry as my major from Alzahra University in 2008.  After that, I was a researcher in Gastroentrology and Hepatology Research Center in Taleghani Hospitad during  the years 2008-2010. Now, I am an assistant professor in Institute of Endocrinology and Metabolism, Iran University of Medical Scineces from March 2018. My interest is using molecular and systems biology approaches ( omics data (protemics and metabolomics) and computational methods for analysis of omics data) to discover prognostic, diagnostic and therapeutic markers and underlying cellular mechanisms in all endocrine diseases.
