I am associate professor at Iran University of Medical Sciences, School of Nursing and Midwifery, Tehran, Iran. I graduated PhD degree at Karolinska Institutet, Sweden. I had conducted some research projects and I supervise some students' thesis in Master of Science and PhD degree. I conducted some research projects in various settings, including clinical and educational settings, with different research population, including patients, nursing students and nurses. In addition, I have some publications and submitted papers in national and international journals. My research interest is improving caring quality and patient safety. |
