I am Reza Arezoomandan. I was born in Qaen (South Khorasan) and passed my primary, secondary, and high school there. I received my bachelor degree in Biology and an M.Sc. degree in Animal Physiology at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in 2008 and Ph.D. degree in Neuroscience at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in 2015. One year later, in 2016, I became a faculty member in Addiction Department, School of Behavioral Sciences and Mental Health (Institute of Tehran Psychiatry) Iran University of Medical Sciences. I am a member of the editorial board of Basic and Clinical Neuroscience Journal. My research and publications are focused on neurobiology and neuropsychology of addiction, deep brain stimulation, behavior study of drug reward, and addiction. |
